Julia Hill-Nichols has over 30 years experience in human resources and operations. She has held numerous executive roles as the chief human resource officer from a metropolitan non-profit, NASDAQ start-up, a Fortune 500 corporation and StoneRiver. These positions have provided her the opportunity to act as internal consultant to CEOs, Board of Directors and executive teams.

Julia has a wide background in executive selection for both staff and board positions in corporations and non-profit organizations. She is known for working with the leadership  of companies in the design and execution of complex organizational change and development.

In February 2010, Julia launched LeadersCove LLC, a human resource and management consulting firm dedicated to Revitalizing Leadership.

Julia is particularly passionate about optimizing the potential of staff to build truly amazing, dynamic and healthy organizations through individual and collective contributions. She has experience in working with companies in the United States as well as Great Britain and Ireland. Clients include second-stage, high growth companies in the technology sector, global professional services companies and state government.

A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Julia is a member of  Association for Psychological Type International, HR People and Strategy and Society for Human Resources Management. She is on the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Library Foundation and the Vice Chairman of the Jefferson County Public Library Board of Trustees. Julia is Secretary of the Colorado Companies to Watch Board of Directors and an advisor with the Entrepreneur's Consortium.

LeadersCove is an Affiliate with Denison Consulting, trained in providing the Denison Culture Survey and an Approved Provider of the OPTM360, designed by Marc Effron. Julia is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs (MBTI) Step I and Step II assessments.
